Hi, my name is Jeremy. I recently re-joined the U.S. Army after seven years of being out. During these seven years, I worked behind a computer, did no - zero, zilch - exercise, and ate whatever I wanted. Fast food was easiest, so I ate fast food about four times per week. This was my active life for seven years.
