    I have been using this diet for about six months. Right now it doesn’t even feel like I am on a diet. Instead, I just do everything right. It’s just natural.

    This diet teaches you everything about food, losing weight, and getting toned. My goal was to lose weight and when the weight was gone, to already look hot. I reached my goal about a month ago :) but the lifestyle that I learned I will keep.

    I picked this diet after reading reviews and testimonials on many different diets. I couldn’t hardly find any that did what I wanted, which was to lose some fat weight but gain some muscle weight at the same time. Mostly all the other diet are either more geared towards females or are only about losing weight. Really no other diet lets you bulk up while on a diet. My goals met.

    Excellent diet.
